The SF Postcard Project fosters community connection through storytelling exchange. Participants in different San Francisco neighborhoods fill out a postcard with a positive personal story of their community, and that postcard is then mailed to a random San Francisco resident to initiate stronger connections between people and communities. The SF Postcard Project is a project by artist Hunter Franks.
